What are your access hours?

We provide 24-hour access every day of the week to our tenants. This means that you can enter our property to visit your unit any time you need to!

When are your offices open?

All four of our locations are open seven days a week, In El Paso and Sweetwater, Texas, our offices are open from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily, and our offices in Bridgeton, Missouri, and Las Vegas are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  During office hours, you’ll be able to speak with one of our storage representatives.

What kinds of units do you offer?

We have a variety of unit sizes available so that you can find a space that fits your belongings perfectly. We also provide rentals with climate control and drive-up access, as well as parking spaces for vehicles like cars, RVs, and boats.
  • Climate control offers a consistent temperature and humidity level in your unit, which is ideal for belongings that may be prone to warping or deterioration.
  • Drive-up access means you can park your car in front of your rental any time you visit. This feature will be particularly helpful on your move-in and move-out days, but is certainly convenient every day!
  • Our parking spaces are covered in order to protect your vehicle. Common items stored here are RVs, boats, and cars.

How do I pay my rent?

You’re welcome to pay your bill in our office or with our convenient online bill-pay feature.

Do you know where I can buy packing supplies?

While you could visit stores around town or ask your friends if they have spare boxes, our office provides a simple alternative!

We sell affordable packing supplies to make your move easy and safe. Just pop into our office to stock up on everything you need.

What security features do you use?

Security is an extremely important aspect of self storage. We’ve implemented high-tech features like security cameras and perimeter fencing.

One of our most effective security measures is our entrance gate, which permits access to current tenants and employees only.
